Your Responsibilities
As a Direct Sales Representative, your role will include:
- Prospecting and lead generation through door-to-door outreach and networking
- Educating potential customers on effective extermination solutions tailored to their specific needs
- Meeting and exceeding sales goals while maintaining detailed sales records
- Building lasting customer relationships that generate repeat business and residual earnings
Who We’re Looking For
We are searching for driven, goal-oriented individuals who:
- Have proven success in sales, preferably in extermination or pest control
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Are self-motivated, competitive, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Speak both English and Spanish (preferred but not required)
- Have experience in technical or field sales (preferred but not required)
Job Requirements
- Must be able to commute or relocate to Lakewood Ranch, FL, and surrounding areas
- Ability to travel up to 25 percent
- Valid driver’s license (no more than two moving violations in the last three years, no DUI/DWI in the last seven years)
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
